Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
For high order volumes or unexpected delays, processing times may be extended slightly. Customers will be notified if there are significant delays.
Digital Products
Digital products, courses, readings, or downloadable content are delivered electronically via email or direct access after purchase. No physical shipment is required for digital items.
Physical Products
Physical items such as tarot decks or merchandise are shipped using trusted shipping carriers. Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

- United States: 10–14 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.
Tracking Information
If tracking is available, customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has shipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Anonymous Oracle is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
